The role
You will support a thoughtful employee experience from first conversation through ongoing development. You will partner with colleagues and leaders to keep people processes clear, human, and effective.
What you’ll do
- —Coordinate recruitment, interviews, offers, and onboarding activities.
- —Support performance, learning, engagement, and employee-relations processes.
- —Maintain accurate HR documentation, records, and internal communication.
- —Help improve people practices and strengthen a collaborative workplace culture.
What you bring
- —1+ years of experience in HR, recruitment, or people operations.
- —Clear communication, discretion, empathy, and attention to detail.
- —Good knowledge of core HR processes and Romanian employment practices.
- —A proactive, organised approach and confidence working across teams.
