The role
You will connect business stakeholders and delivery teams, turning complex financial workflows into clear, actionable product requirements. You will help shape solutions from discovery through release and continuous improvement.
What you’ll do
- —Discover, analyse, and document business processes and product requirements.
- —Translate stakeholder needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
- —Facilitate workshops and maintain alignment between business, product, and engineering teams.
- —Support backlog refinement, testing, release preparation, and product adoption.
What you bring
- —3+ years of experience as a business analyst, ideally with financial applications.
- —Strong analytical thinking and clear written and verbal communication.
- —Experience with agile product delivery, process modelling, and requirements management.
- —Ability to collaborate confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
